Benoit Haber has been involved with D.C. real estate since 2006 in various capacities. Beginning his journey with local Bethesda property management group, Sky Management, he acquired contractor connections, technical construction skills, and business administrative knowledge as wellknowledge of the D.C. metro area. In 2008, Mr. Haber formed Evolution Investment Group, which now currently owns and manages over 40 units in the District of Columbia. Evolution Investment Group has been involved with the development of 16 projects from design to licensing and is now in contract to purchase a 30 unit building in 16th Street heights. His knowledge of the D.C. area has given him the unique opportunity to identify value where others haven’t.

A native Washingtonian, Gabriel has had the privilege to experience first hand the unique professional opportunities the DC area has had to offer. Originally a project manager for his father’s contracting company, Gabriel was taught at an early age the importance of attention to detail. His journey would later lead him to working along side marketing industry executives for Time Life and National Geographic Channel. Now full circle and Gabriel is back to his roots with knowledge and experience to help grow Opeus Group into an efficient, one solution, real estate company.

As a founding partner of Opus Group, L.L.C., Manuel is responsible for leading the construction and development activities across the greater Washington metro area. Manuel provides executive leadership to his project teams delivering his services with the client’s needs in mind. He is responsible for strategic planning, ongoing customer relationship management. He specializes in providing resources and solutions meeting the cost, quality and schedule requirements of clients. With more than 20 years of commercial construction experience, Manuel has successfully led over 100 projects.

A detailed and creative architect with 7 years of experience on a broad range of projects, building types and scales throughout the United States and abroad. Critical problem solving designer bringing variety of forward-thinking design solutions and technical development capabilities to meet and exceed client and owner’s goals and project objectives from conceptual to permit drawings to complete architectural construction drawing package. Extensive experience producing 3D digital renderings to help clients envision final designs as well as excellent communication skills. A team oriented and outstanding service to customer with excellent work ethics and a background in sustainable design experience based on LEED criteria.
